I feel immensely honoured to have been the Minister at The Avenue Church since 2017:  A Church which is buzzing almost every day of the week, and filled with wonderful, caring people, where we all do our very best to live out our ethos as a Caring Connected Community

 

I am a Westcountry lass, born and bred in the farming community in the beautiful North Devon and North Cornwall Countryside, that is, apart from 2 years training in Birmingham, 2 years in Jersey, and 5 years in Dudley. Each week my special treat is to travel to North Cornwall to see my treasured daughter and son, and four cherished granddaughters.

In between my daily tasks my favourite pastimes include walking on the stunning local beaches, playing tennis, cycling, or going to the gym, because the more I exercise, the more chocolate I can eat! 😊

But of course, it goes without saying that my whole aim and purpose in life, and deepest passion, is for people to know the healing and astonishing power of Jesus in their lives, who brings healing, wholeness, peace and joy.
